Christine Laplante has an AA in Performing Arts, a BA in Psychology, a BS in Music Therapy and is currently working on her MA in Mental Health Counseling.  Christine also holds certifications in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).  She is currently working on her hours for certification as a Sex Therapist and is almost done with her qualifications for her certification in Sex Education.

By no means do you have to have ANY of these credentials.  In becoming a Goddess with Athena's Home Novelties, Christine has found a passion in the area of sexuality.  She enjoys helping others heal in an area so integral to our core and difficult for so many to talk about.

Christine Laplante has been providing sex education services for over 14 years to an array of audiences including: colleges, teachers, religious groups, individuals and adults of all genders and sexualities.  She has been a peer counselor, member of GLBT support groups and active in HIV/AIDS awareness on college campuses.  She has participated in health expos and women's events, bringing a sex-positive and holistic view.

Christine has been a Goddess with Athena's Home Novelties providing the in-home experience since Valentine's Day, 2004.  She has been a team leader for almost as long.  Christine was hired by Athena's Home Novelties in 2005 to be a trainer for the company.  She trains other women and men to be competent sex educators before they enter the field. Christine frequently appears as the presentor of various topics video-taped for the company's Learning Resource Center, writes regularly for the company magazine and provides a teleclass once a month to a taped audience.  Topics encompass both sex education and business building skills.
